Product Properties:

The product patent for PF-1C is owned by Zibo Pengfeng co., Ltd, Which patent was developed among Pengfeng and couple of reputable educational institutions in China(Patent code: ZL 2015 1 0339766.7). This product is a perfect alternative to the product H-42M, which was developed by Showa Denko. It has several features, including great whiteness, low electrolyte composition, perfect crystallization, ultrafine particle size, ease to disperse, centralized distribution, excellent compatibility with polymers. More importantly, it has higher dehydration temperature (by TGA thermogravimetric analysis), which is 10 degrees Celsius or more than other similar products, and its temperature can reach 288 degrees Celsius when 5% dehydrated. It can be utilized in plastic coating processes for high-end Copper Clad Laminate (CCL) to satisfy its flame retardancy and smoke suppression performance.
